Security Deposits
Security deposits are automatically released within 5 business days after your rental ends, provided equipment is returned in good condition. If deductions are necessary, we will contact you first with photographic evidence.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
